Who is responsible

RoundX is operated by Oleksii Ziukov, who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: contact@roundx.com.

No cookies, no trackers

Our pages set no cookies, use no local storage and load no analytics or advertising scripts. When you follow a link to another company's site, that site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

What we record

• Arrivals from our ads. If you reach us through one of our search ads, the link carries the ad keyword, campaign, ad group and ad identifiers, the match type and Google's click identifier (gclid). We store these with the time and the guide you were sent to.
• Guide views. Which guide was opened, when, and the domain of the site that linked to it (for example, google.com), not the full address.
• Clicks to partner sites. Which link on which guide was clicked and when. We create a random click identifier and may pass it to the partner so the partner can report back whether the click led to a sign-up or sale. Partners report such results to us without your name or contact details.
• Emails you send us. Your address and message, to reply.

We do not store IP addresses or browser details with these records. Our web server and application keep technical logs (which can include IP address, browser user agent and requested address) for up to 14 days to keep the site secure and working.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use these records to see which guides are useful and which links lead to sign-ups, and to answer messages. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); for emails, it is answering your request.

How long we keep it

Visit, view and click records, including the ad and click identifiers stored with them, are deleted after 12 months. The only exception is a click record that a partner has reported as a sign-up or sale, which we keep as long as needed to reconcile and account for that commission. Emails are kept as long as the conversation needs, then deleted. Server and application logs are deleted after 14 days.

Who else receives data

Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. Affiliate partners and networks receive only the random click identifier described above. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of data about you, restrict or object to its use, by writing to contact@roundx.com. Because we do not store names, IP addresses or cookies with visit records, we can usually only find records you can point us to (for example, a message you sent). You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
